The Site is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may play public YouTube links, or optionally connect your YouTube account to play your own playlists; you are responsible for complying with YouTube’s terms.

Third-party services

Playback uses YouTube (via Google). Your use of those features is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google/YouTube.

The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Availability and features may change or break at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daniel Zhao is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site.
