Use of the Site

The Site is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may optionally connect your Spotify and/or YouTube account to play your own music; you are responsible for complying with those services’ terms.

Third-party services

Playback uses Spotify and YouTube (via Google). Your use of those features is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Spotify Terms. The Site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Spotify or Google/YouTube.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Availability and features may change or break at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daniel Zhao is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site.
